Diversion Programs Program Resolution

To resolve your case via a treatment / diversion program, you need an experienced attorney negation you access to obtain this type of resolution. These programs provide a way to avoid jail time and convictions. Successful completion of a diversion program can help keep a felony off your record.

What a SEALING ORDER does is destroy any mention of the arrest, booking photo's fingerprints etc. A sealing order pulls any mention of the charge from the Department of Justices Website , can never be researched in any form . Basically the arrest and punishment is "vaporized" from the criminal system.
